Preorders
Items available for preorder will prompt you for your event date. When purchasing an item available for preorder, you will be charged immediately. Your item will be delivered to you no later than 2 weeks before your event date. If for some reason the event date cannot be met, the concierge team will reach out to you directly. Once your preordered item(s) ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
US Shipping
Shipping pricing varies depending on the shipping location and is determined at checkout. To inquire about expediting a shipment, please reach out to our concierge team at concierge@shopgreyscale.com with interest regarding expedited shipping and associated fees specific to your order.
All shipments will require an adult signature upon delivery.
International Shipping
International shipping options are available upon request.

Returns
Returned merchandise must be in the original packaging with all tags attached and in the same condition as when it was delivered. All garments are inspected upon arrival. Clients will be charged a non-refundable restocking fee.
Greyscale does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any returned package is lost, stolen or mishandled.
Orders purchased on sale and through trunk show promotions are non-refundable and not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchanges
If you wish to change the size and/or color of an item that you purchased, you can do so at no additional cost within 30 days of delivery date. Shipping rates apply and vary depending on location.
Email concierge@shopgreyscale.com to inquire about a replacement size and/or color from those available. We will then hold the item for you and as soon as we receive your return, we will ship it to the address from your original order.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email when the package has been dispatched.
